Powers and Abilities
Intelligence:
Cas has been around for a long time. A very long time. And in all that time he has picked up a thing or two. He has vast amounts of knowledge on Supernatural beings and rituals to deal with them, Human history, sigils, rituals, languages (including Enochian, the language of the angels) and more. He's also clever and quick to pick up on the tricks and traps of others around him.

Combat:
Castiel was able to take on at least three of his fellow angels in hand to hand armed combat and win on his skills with fighting and defending alone. He fights well with an angel sword and has also prove useful with a shotgun. Fist-fighting an angel would be an unwise decision. Any time we have seen Dean attempt to punch Cas, it has ended without so much as a flinch from the angel and a throbbing in Dean's hands. His vessel is still human, however, and does bleed when his fights with his brothers, demons, or other powerful beings end bloodily.

Angel 'mojo' (Grace):

Being an angel, he does not age, or need to eat, drink, breathe or sleep.

Immortality | Invulnerability:

Cas can heal injuries to his vessel, and while he can be killed, it is not a simple matter. It would take a powerful destructive force (enough to destroy both him and his vessel) or an angel sword, to kill him.

Inhuman Strength:

He's also incredibly, inhumanly strong, both of physical strength and strength of body.

Teleportation:

Castiel has the ability to 'poof' himself from location to location. All he needs to know is where the person or place he is headed for is, and he is there. Often as Dean is still finishing telling him of the location, he is met with Cas uncomfortably close to touching noses with him. While in Exit Void he can only travel to places already in their destination/on the ship in this manner.

Sandman:

Castiel can knock someone unconscious with a touch to the head. It puts the person into a deep sleep, giving Cas the opportunity to continue whatever he was discussing or doing unencumbered.

Dreamwalking:

He can also locate people in their dreams and go and speak with them there.

Locating:

If someone is not hidden by Enochian sigils, Castiel can generally locate them if necessary. Until he branded Sam and Dean's bones, he could find and appear around them without a moment's notice. After the fact, he had to call them for their location to find them.

Soul Reading:

Castiel is able to determine the state of someone's soul. He is also able to use a soul as a power source. Both of these cause the host of the soul excruciating pain.

Telekinesis:

Castiel can impart kinetic energy on matter with his mind.

Pyrokinesis:

He also displays the ability to catch things on fire and burn them with his mind

Telepathy:

Castiel is able to read the minds of humans and lower-level angels.

Voice Mimicry:

In the show he perfectly imitated Bobby Singer's voice

Powers he had but is cut off from at his canon point: Healing or resurrecting others and demon killing.
Powers he will not have/use in EV: Time travel

Oh. Oh god okay. It may be a little difficult to read her soul because it exists across all of time and space AT THE SAME TIME so she's kind of pretty powerful and has been compared to godlike. Not to mention her life has been a series of going forward through time then suddenly having it erased. So maybe it's a little disjointed when he looks into her soul. Also, the TARDIS has this tendency to "look back" and read people's deepest desire. So there's that.

And borrowing energy...it would be like reaching into a supernova and definitely make him Godstiel. Without the nasty Leviathan side-effect. I mean, it made Rose Tyler into a being that could deatomize beings, scatter words across all of time and space and made Jack Harkness immortal/fixed point in time so think of what it would do to Castiel. So it would take a lot for her to offer up her soul for energy. Or just a situation that means the Doctor needs saving.

She has pretty strong mental shields but if anyone could actually break through them it would be the SPN angels.

There was a war. The Last Great Time War that was pretty much a bunch of extremely terrible things happening all at once. Details are sketchy but he'll probably see that it happened. Also, because it's pretty recent -- seeing the graveyard that's strewn with the bodies of her sisters (though it looks like a giant junkyard).

Beautifully? I think at first she would try to keep him out but if he proved he was no threat then she'd gladly just...you know. Casually chat with him. She misses being connected to her sisters so she'd happily make a connection with him eventually.

She's a ship. :| No, seriously. An organic, sentient ship that exists and travels through time and space. Or at least she's part of a ship. She's the heart and soul of the ship shoved into a human body that was never meant to contain her.

Another yep! Beyond'd probably be less than happy being used as a battery though so they'd probably have to know each other for him not to be a little bitter about it.

Auhm. Difficult question. Beyond Birthday is essentially human with the exception that his eyes are the eyes of a Death God.

Yep, he still won't out himself and I do ask that other chars are't informed yet. I mean if he told someone I just don't want it getting into the general public yet and neither would Beyond. It'd make him sort of go to a place I don't want him to just this moment. So if you have a Dean or a Sam here or something and he needed/wanted to tell them -- That's so IC that asking you not to tell them would be a dick move on my part.
